• Risk 3 and 4 wood treatmentThewood we use in our buildings is treated with class 3 and 4 salts in an autoclave to guarantee maximum durability and resistance to building humidity.
• Sustainable woodAllour products are made with wood from sustainable forests with PEFC certification. This helps to reduce our carbon footprint.
• Anti-vandalism and aestheticsPlumbingand electrical installations are embedded in the walls to improve aesthetics, reduce the risk of vandalism and facilitate cleaning.
• Customised finishes without sacrificing qualityAllmodels can be manufactured with customised finishes. We have a catalogue of standard finishes, but do not hesitate to request a made-to-measure finish if none of them meet your needs. We use top brand products, which are known to perform well over time, even in very aggressive marine environments.
• Ceiling: Composed of 16 mm water-repellent melamine coated plywood board, seen from the inside to facilitate cleaning. And on the outside, 15 mm Scots pine plywood board, coated with waterproof asphalt blanket with a granulated top finish.
• Roof structure: Composed of 192×45 and 145×45 mm Scots pine wood beams.
• Interior enclosure: Formed by laminated Scots pine pillars. The interior walls are made of 16 mm water-repellent melamine with high resistance to rubbing and finished on the floor with aluminium profiles.
• Exterior enclosure: Formed by Scots pine wood pillars. Scots pine imitation stave plywood panel, specially designed for façades with a thickness of 15 mm, placed on a structure of C18 wood strips, 70×45 and 90×45 section, with class IV impregnation.
• Floor: Plywood board with level IV impregnation and class III PVC coating, suitable for working areas with humidity and finished with a sanitary curve.
• Floor structure: Composed of 192×90 beams in Scots pine wood, autoclave-treated risk IV and 145×45 mm battens to ensure the settlement of the module and its aeration.

• Structure: Made of top quality Scots pine wood, free of defects. Its construction is completed with laminated pine wood.
• Non-slip board floor: Formed by plywood board with level IV salt impregnation and class III PVC coating, suitable for work areas with humidity and finished with a sanitary curve.
• Interior cladding: 16 mm water-repellent melamine with high resistance to friction and finished with an aluminium profile.
• Roof: Exterior waterproof coating with 5 kg/m2 asphalt blanket in rolls with fibreglass, with a granulated top finish.
• Decorative protective varnish: Three coats of top-brand, long-lasting decorative protective finish. It incorporates UV ray protection and fungicide active ingredients.
• Electrical installation: Concealed, complete single-phase, with lighting, emergency lights and sockets in all rooms. Electrical panels prepared for adding new circuits.
• Wood treatment risk 3: All components not in permanent contact with the floor will be treated in autoclave vacuum system with fungicide and insecticide properties.
• Treatment of risk 4 wood: All components that are in permanent contact with the ground will be treated by vacuum autoclave system by immersion in a solution of water-soluble salts, free of chromium and arsenic, guaranteed for a period of 15 years, against biological degradation agents.
