The Copacabana beach bar
Built entirely in wood and with top quality finishes. Given the modular nature of the walls, it can be used as a bar, kitchen-bar or bar-storage-warehouse, modules designed to offer a bar and/or kitchen service in the catering sector, with possible configurations for the different uses:
- Area dedicated exclusively to Bar: For this purpose, gates are placed around the entire perimeter of the module in order to facilitate public access from any side. The opening of the gates is configured according to the needs of the moment.
- Bar / Kitchen: The module is divided with a double partition wall to make the most of the surface area in two rooms, the Bar area completely open to the outside through gates and the Kitchen area covered.
- Bar / Storeroom / Services: Half of the module is set aside for a bar area with the same characteristics as the Bar / Kitchen. The second half is shared with the warehouse or small kitchen and the toilets where we can choose the configuration of the same, between unisex toilet complying with accessibility regulations, or double cabin for men and women / disabled.
The entire range is designed with a lante at the top, which has a double function: on the one hand, it enhances the aesthetics of the unit by breaking the lines of the roof, raising the final height of the module, and on the other hand, it improves the ventilation of the interior spaces by means of a chimney effect.
Construction section
- Lante Roof: Composed of 15mm pine plywood board, covered on the outside with brown beaver model tegola.
- Lante: Composed of Scots pine wood profiles.
- Ceiling: Composed of 16 mm water-repellent melamine coated plywood board, seen from the inside to facilitate cleaning. And on the outside, 15 mm Scots pine plywood board, coated with asphalt blanket with a granulated top finish.
- Roof structure: Composed of 192×45 and 145×45 mm Scots pine wood beams.
- Bottle rack: In Scots pine wood.
- Bar: In 34 mm thick Scots pine laminated wood. Optional 25 45 mm thick.
- Interior enclosure: Formed by laminated Scots pine pillars. The interior walls are made of 16 mm water-repellent melamine with high resistance to rubbing and finished on the floor with aluminium profiles.
- External enclosure: Formed by Scots pine pillars. Scots pine imitation stave plywood panel specially designed for façades with a thickness of 15 mm, placed on a structure of C18 wood strips, 70×45 and 90×45 section, with class IV impregnation.
- Floor: Plywood board with level IV impregnation and class III PVC coating, suitable for working areas with humidity.
- Floor structure: Made up of 192×90 beams in Scots pine wood, autoclave-treated risk IV and 145×45 mm battens to ensure the module is stable and ventilated.

Technical characteristics
- Structure: Made of top quality Scots pine wood, free of defects. Its construction is completed with laminated pine wood.
- Non-slip board floor: Formed by plywood board with level IV salt impregnation and class III PVC coating, suitable for working areas with humidity and finished with a sanitary curve.
- Interior lining: 16 mm water-repellent melamine with high resistance to friction and finished with an aluminium profile.
- Roof: Exterior waterproof coating with 5 kg/m2 asphalt blanket in rolls with fibreglass, with a granulated top finish.
- Ventilation grille: Composed of Scots pine wood profile.
- Decorative protective varnish: Three coats of top-brand, long-lasting decorative protective finish. Incorporates UV ray protection and fungicide active ingredients.
- Electrical installation: Concealed, complete single-phase, with lighting, emergency lights and sockets in all rooms. Electrical panels prepared for the addition of new circuits.
- Wood treatment risk 3: All components not in permanent contact with the ground will be treated in autoclave vaio system with fungicide and insecticide properties.
- Thermal insulation parameter and roof: Insulation with 30mm polyethylene panels (optional).
- Treatment of risk 4 wood: All components that are in permanent contact with the floor will be treated by vacuum autoclave system by immersion in a solution of water-soluble salts, free of chromium and arsenic guaranteed for a period of 15 years, against biological degradation agents. We have two impregnation plants so we can guarantee that all the pieces used are impregnated once they have their definitive dimensions.
- Slotted board: Pine marine plywood board, slotted (imitation staves).
- Interior partitioning: 12mm high pressure fire resistant laminated board. Smooth with melamine surface.
